We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HNI Workplace Furnishings team in Muscatine, Iowa! This is a hybrid eligible role, but the selected candidate will need to be onsite in Muscatine to support business needs as needed. In this role, you will support and facilitate the application and hiring process for job candidates. This includes screening and interviewing candidates, coordinating onsite or virtual interviews, and managing selection debriefs. You will utilize various platforms such as internal ATS, LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and others to proactively source talent for the organization. Ensuring a positive candidate experience is crucial, and you will be expected to treat all applicants with friendliness, helpfulness, and respect. Additionally, you will coordinate with hiring managers and Member & Community Relations teams to ensure consistent and efficient candidate evaluation and hiring decisions. You will also manage talent acquisition branding, which includes creating externally facing job postings and partnering with brand marketing on social media marketing campaigns and other branding initiatives to support hiring needs and events. Participation in external/community recruitment events may also be required to support hiring needs. Your contributions will be vital to the success of the organization.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 3 years' experience in full-cycle recruitment preferred.
