About the position

The Talent Acquisition Specialist at LV Petroleum LLC is responsible for driving the recruitment process from kickoff to close, partnering with key stakeholders to identify and attract top talent for the company's growing business. This role emphasizes a data-driven approach to sourcing candidates while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative and data-driven sourcing and recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
• Leverage various sourcing activities, including job postings, job board mining, and social networking, to build talent pipelines.
• Manage the full cycle recruiting process in collaboration with the business.
• Maintain accurate data within recruiting systems and adhere to recruiting processes.
• Expand knowledge of the business and competition to build effective hiring strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• 1+ years of recruiting experience in a high-volume environment.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably Workday.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
