About the position

The Talent Acquisition Specialist at Warehouse Specialists, LLC is responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees. This full-time role is crucial in collaborating with hiring managers to identify talent needs and ensuring a smooth recruitment process. The position is based in either Columbus, OH or Fontana, CA, and reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent needs, job duties, qualifications, and skills.
• Interview applicants to evaluate alignment with position requirements.
• Assist applicants and new hires through the recruiting and onboarding steps.
• Conduct face-to-face and remote orientations.
• Ensure employee onboarding records are entered accurately.
• Assist in other areas of HR as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related experience.
• At least 2 years of talent acquisition experience within a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
• High degree of attention to detail.
