Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates.
  • Work with hiring managers and HR colleagues to ensure job descriptions are clear, complete, and within HR guidelines.
  • Source potential candidates through online company career portals, recruitment sites, job boards, and social platforms.
  • Continuously identify new opportunities for key process improvement initiatives that enhance the recruiting strategy.
  • Coordinate onboarding of new employees, including creating new hire files and conducting new employee orientation.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure proper documentation of HR-related processes such as new hires, terminations, promotions, and transfers.
  • Assist HR team with data analytics and AAP/EEO reporting needs.
  • Support the execution of external recruitment events.
  • Assist in HR areas as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of two (2) years experience in recruitment or HR-related roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee information and handle sensitive issues with professionalism and empathy.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal collaborators.
