About the position

The Talent Acquisition Specialist at AbleLight is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of recruitment in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role focuses on developing and executing effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality, diverse talent while enhancing the company's image as an employer of choice. The specialist will utilize various sourcing techniques, analytics tools, and innovative ideas to improve recruitment processes and ensure successful hiring outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring leaders to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Act as a Talent Acquisition subject matter expert to influence hiring decisions.
  • Manage the full life-cycle recruitment process from intake to offer acceptance.
  • Develop recruitment tactics using cutting-edge sourcing techniques.
  • Build networks to find qualified passive candidates through industry contacts.
  • Research and execute new sources for candidate recruiting.
  • Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
  • Pre-screen and interview candidates to determine skills and fit.
  • Provide updates to hiring managers on pipeline development and hiring initiatives.
  • Drive and manage an exceptional candidate experience throughout the selection process.
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
  • Partner with hiring leaders and HR partners on job offers.
  • Manage recruitment dashboard to measure effectiveness of tactics.
  • Assist TA team members and support process improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related area or equivalent education.
  • 2-3 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience.
  • Demonstrated success in developing recruitment strategies for hard-to-fill roles.
  • Experience using resume databases and social networking to attract talent.
  • Consultative approach to partnering with hiring leaders.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong focus on customer service and teamwork.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.
  • Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System.
