About the position

The Talent Acquisition Specialist at DrayPoint is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and interviewing prospective employees within the 3PL logistics industry. This full-time role involves managing the entire selection process, from developing sourcing plans to onboarding new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company. The position offers opportunities for growth and recognition in a rapidly expanding organization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop sourcing plans to attract top talent while building a network of candidates for open positions.
  • Review resumes and conduct warm and cold calls to prospective candidates.
  • Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews.
  • Schedule follow-up meetings with candidates.
  • Effectively communicate with candidates and oversee the entire selection process from start to finish.
  • Assist in the onboarding, training, and first-day experience for all new hires.
  • Assist leadership with tracking KPIs on new hires and oversee new business initiatives.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in 3PL/logistics recruiting.
  • Experience in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.

Nice-to-haves

  • 1 year of recruiting experience (preferred).
