About the position

The Talent Acquisition Specialist at JLR is responsible for acquiring the right talent while promoting diversity and inclusivity within the recruitment process. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers to create recruitment plans, building talent pipelines, and supporting candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle. The specialist will utilize various sourcing methods to attract high-caliber candidates and maintain the applicant tracking system to document the interview process.

Responsibilities

• Partnering with key stakeholders and hiring managers to understand business needs.
• Creating comprehensive recruitment plans to ensure robust and diverse candidate talent pools.
• Building and developing a strong talent pipeline through effective sourcing methods.
• Supporting candidates through the full lifecycle of the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Utilizing various sourcing channels such as LinkedIn recruiter and professional networks to source talent.
• Maintaining the applicant tracking system and documenting each stage in the interview process.
• Attending recruitment events and tech fairs.
• Performing other duties as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years of experience directly related to the role.
• 3+ years of experience working in a corporate environment.
• Experience sourcing candidates and talent pipelining.
• Ability to liaise and build networks with internal stakeholders.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• Self-motivated with the ability to drive own performance.
