About the position

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment efforts for the Law Enforcement Department. This position involves managing various stages of the hiring process, including job postings, candidate communication, and onboarding, while contributing to the organization's mission in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in full-cycle recruitment: job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Coordinate communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.
  • Prepare offer letters and onboarding materials.
  • Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
  • Help organize and participate in career fairs and other recruitment events.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Experience in recruitment or HR coordination is a plus.
  • 2 years of experience in a related field.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Project management skills.
