About the position

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Tower Semiconductor, you will play a crucial role in our global recruitment efforts within a fast-paced and dynamic organization. You will manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout. Building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders will be essential, as you will provide regular updates on recruitment progress and candidate pipelines. Compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies during the recruitment process is a critical aspect of this role. Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions in the semiconductor sector will help you to adjust recruitment strategies effectively. You will also analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve our hiring processes. Responsibilities

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions in the semiconductor industry
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and adjust strategies accordingly

Requirements

  • BA in Psychology, Sociology, or Human Resources
  • Experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the semiconductor industry
  • Proficiency in recruitment software and tools (e.g., ATS, CRM), preferably Success Factors
  • Proven track record of successful recruitment in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage excellent relationships with candidates and internal partners (HR, Managers, etc.)
  • Innovative and creative mindset, comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and changing environment
