About the position

The Talent Acquisition Specialist at Four Hands is responsible for executing the recruiting strategy for various internal teams, including technology, customer service, supply chain, planning, and product development. This role involves full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing candidates to guiding them through the interview and hiring process. The ideal candidate will have a passion for people, a commitment to results, and the ability to work autonomously while maintaining organization and initiative in filling open positions.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the recruiting strategy for internal teams including technology, customer service, supply chain, planning, and product development.
  • Conduct kickoff meetings with hiring managers to understand open requisitions and define hiring strategies.
  • Lead weekly meetings with hiring managers to maintain an understanding of current and future hiring needs.
  • Source, screen, and interview potential candidates.
  • Guide candidates through the full cycle recruitment process: interviews, offers, negotiation, and acceptance.
  • Collaborate with hiring teams to create job descriptions across designated departments.
  • Update and maintain data integrity in the internal Applicant Tracking System (Pinpoint).
  • Stay updated on current recruiting trends, best practices, and sources for finding top talent.
  • Develop and maintain networks of both active and passive candidates.
  • Monitor job boards, career postings, and employee referrals.
  • Support and attend job/career fairs to generate qualified applicants.
  • Assist in the employee onboarding process, including first-day communication as needed.
  • Manage various side projects to elevate the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Ensure compliance with internal guidelines and external hiring laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting; staffing experience is a plus.
  • Experience in a fast-paced recruiting environment with the ability to handle competing priorities.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, blending professionalism and friendliness.
  • Comfortable engaging with potential new hires both on the phone and in person.
  • Self-directed with a high sense of urgency and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and in a team setting.
