About the position

The Talent Acquisition Specialist at Pediatric Home Service is responsible for supporting the recruitment needs of the private duty nursing service line. This role involves executing candidate pipeline management, developing recruitment strategies, and ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet service line goals. The specialist will work closely with management to implement effective recruitment initiatives and maintain a strong online presence for job openings.

Responsibilities

• Execute candidate pipeline and intake management for the service line.
• Contribute to the development of recruitment and social media strategies.
• Identify and acquire talent to achieve service line goals.
• Coordinate and execute recruitment functions in partnership with relevant partners.
• Maintain an up-to-date online presence for job openings on various platforms.
• Assess and execute additional recruitment steps including online and print campaigns.
• Maintain and monitor social media presence for assigned branches.
• Assist in coordinating job fairs and community engagement events.
• Act as the first point of contact for interested candidates throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment required.
• Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
