We are seeking a full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist with over 5 years of experience in recruiting to join our team at Hanwha Q CELLS America Inc. This individual will work closely with the Human Resources team, focusing on process improvement, systems management, branding, and leading the candidate hiring journey. The role involves indirect oversight of the Recruiting Coordinators, acting as a mentor, trainer, or guide to enhance their skills and effectiveness. The position is based in our Irvine, California office and reports to the Sr Talent Acquisition Manager or another designated senior management personnel. In this role, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for organizing employee data within the company's internal databases, including HRIS and ATS systems. They will schedule and coordinate high-level interviews, assist with travel arrangements, and manage job boards and other Talent Acquisition vendors in collaboration with the Sr TA Manager. The Specialist will support various Talent Acquisition projects, including the internship program, and lead initiatives aimed at enhancing the candidate experience and improving Talent Acquisition KPIs. The Specialist will also develop and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment partners and vendors to ensure a high-quality candidate pipeline. Reporting and analytics for Talent Acquisition will be a key responsibility, along with drafting and executing Talent Acquisition partner contracts. Continuous improvement of recruitment processes and procedures will be essential to streamline operations and enhance the candidate experience. The Specialist will build and execute training materials for internal stakeholders and work closely with all levels of management and departments such as Marketing, Legal, and HR Operations to drive successful talent acquisition initiatives. They will also handle first-level escalations from the Talent Coordinator team, developing solutions or recommendations for resolving issues and escalating to the Sr TA Manager as needed. Additionally, the Specialist will provide backup administrative support to Talent Acquisition Coordinators when necessary.
