The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding new employees, ensuring that they align with our values and commitment to quality patient care. Responsibilities

  • Source and attract candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding new hires.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

  • One-year experience in Recruitment or Human Resources
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Strong communication skills

  • Reliable transportation to perform job duties
