About the position

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Guerra Wealth Advisors, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our growing team. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies that attract top-performing candidates across all company departments. You will create compelling job descriptions and post openings on various job boards, the company website, and other relevant outlets to effectively promote Guerra's brand and culture. Managing the recruitment budget across different platforms will also be part of your duties, along with automating and streamlining the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment processes. In this role, you will build a strong candidate pipeline by utilizing a variety of sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, networking events, and employee referral programs. Conducting initial candidate screenings and first interviews will be essential, as well as coordinating and facilitating the remaining hiring process in collaboration with hiring managers and candidates. Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process is paramount, and you will be responsible for building and maintaining a network of potential candidates for future job openings and talent needs. Staying updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent acquisition best practices will be critical to your success. You will also track and report on recruitment metrics, using this data to continuously improve the recruitment process while ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies during the recruitment process.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a Talent Acquisition Specialist role (or adjacent position) within the wealth management or financial services industry.
  • Strong phone presence.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport and trust with candidates.
  • Must be a go-getter, team-player, and hungry for knowledge and growth!
  • Tech-savvy with the ability and willingness to learn new systems, software, and processes.
