About the position

BigTime Software is looking to add a Talent Acquisition Specialist to our People organization. In this role, you will drive the full-cycle recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers to attract and hire top-tier talent. You will play a key role in shaping the company's workforce by implementing best hiring practices, leveraging data-driven insights, and ensuring an outstanding candidate experience. We are looking for someone that is process oriented and thrives in a high growth environment. Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including passive sourcing, resume review, interviews, scheduling, and offer management to achieve BigTime's 2025 growth plan.
  • Drive our '100% new hire retention' strategy by designing and executing programs that build a diverse talent pipeline, support customer centricity, and fuel our AI strategy.
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience with proactive communication and seamless hiring interactions.
  • Continuously identify and implement process improvements to streamline hiring and enhance the candidate experience.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert and consultant to hiring managers on talent acquisition strategies and best practices.
  • Serve as a culture ambassador, embodying and promoting BigTime Core Values throughout the hiring process.
  • Administer and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including training hiring managers on its use.
  • Drive employer branding, employee referral programs, and recruitment marketing efforts to maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Support early days of new hire experience to ensure a smooth transition for joining the company.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, with a strong track record of hiring top talent in competitive markets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience), with expertise in recruiting tools, ATS, and HR technologies.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a detail-oriented and organized approach to managing multiple priorities.
  • Experience partnering with hiring teams throughout the recruitment process, providing strategic guidance and serving as a trusted business advisor.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment where data-driven decisions, KPIs, and candidate experience SLAs drive performance.
  • High sense of urgency, adaptability, and commitment to delivering quality outcomes without compromising candidate experience.
