Position Overview: Are you a recent college graduate or early in your professional career and interested in pursuing a career in recruitment within Human Resources? We are currently seeking a proactive and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist with a positive, opportunity-focused mindset to join our recruitment efforts and help grow our Americas team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about working with people and strongly interested in a career in HR. As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will report directly to Olivia Hourihan, the HR Director for the Americas and Western Europe. This role will cover the following areas: Managing the end-to-end recruitment process. Taking ownership of the recruitment process from start to finish, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates. Determining selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions. Sourcing potential candidates through online company career portals, recruitment sites, job boards, social platforms, etc. Conducting talent acquisition activities such as resume and phone screens, candidate interviews, offer preparations, and closing qualified candidates. Collecting, inputting, and reporting recruitment data and metrics. Continuously identifying new opportunities for key process improvement initiatives that enhance the recruiting strategy. Partnering with our Director of Sales to help scale the organization, ensuring alignment on hiring needs and strategies.
