The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a crucial role in the recruitment process for a national Financial Services Firm, focusing on full lifecycle recruiting. The role involves managing candidate tracking systems, sourcing candidates, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

• Manage the candidate tracking systems for all positions by maintaining and sending out weekly recruitment status reports
• Effectively source candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, Networking, etc.
• Coordinate and conduct candidate interviews
• Provide a superb candidate experience from initial meeting to onboarding processes
• Practice efficient recruitment efforts to attract top talent

Requirements

• 1 - 3+ years of experience with full lifecycle recruiting
• Highly motivated with a strong work ethic
• Ability to manage several projects at once
• Superb written and verbal communication skills
• Organized, dedicated, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment
