In this role, the specialist will partner with assigned hiring managers to achieve recruitment objectives while providing superior client service. Responsibilities include screening and interviewing applicants to ensure they meet the requirements of open roles and possess a thorough understanding of the associated duties and responsibilities. The specialist will also schedule interviews with qualified candidates and support both hiring managers and candidates throughout the application process. Timely and accurate documentation is essential, as the specialist will ensure that all required data is recorded in the applicant tracking system. The ability to manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment while meeting aggressive hiring timelines is critical. Additionally, the specialist will assist with administering recruitment procedures, metrics, and tools to deliver an efficient and effective process, ensuring positive experiences for both hiring managers and candidates. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Three to five years of experience as a Recruiter.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong candidate generation skills.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and applicant tracking systems.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Prior experience working in a remote environment is preferred.
