About the position

At Bluegreen Vacations, you can join our talent acquisition team and assist with building it from the ground up. The national sales and marketing Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for meeting hiring goals by filling open positions in a timely manner with qualified sales & marketing candidates. Your focus will be to build a consistent robust pipeline of qualified candidates, sourcing, screening, interviewing & hiring sales and marketing representatives. You will partner with hiring managers in a variety of departments and build a strong local network consisting of entry-level and experienced professionals. Additionally, you will be planning and executing career networking events, job fairs, and developing a recruitment action plan while maintaining accurate staffing reports. Building a relationship with targeted colleges and universities is also a key aspect of this role. How do we invest in you? Minimum Qualifications include 3+ years of high volume recruiting experience, 2+ years of sales recruiting experience, and 1+ years of timeshare recruiting experience preferred. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, along with strong relationship-building abilities. The role requires the ability to travel 25%.
