About the position

The Talent Acquisition Specialist at Sunrise Landscape is responsible for managing the full cycle recruiting process for the Installation/Construction Division. This role is crucial in sourcing and hiring top talent to meet staffing needs, particularly for high-volume front-line roles. The position requires bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, as interviews will be conducted in both languages. The specialist will work closely with hiring managers and participate in onboarding new employees.

Responsibilities

• Manage opening all requisitions for high volume front line roles and manage the database of open roles.
• Develop job descriptions and post jobs via ATS.
• Collaborate with hiring managers on approved roles being submitted.
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand the scope of roles.
• Source potential candidates via the Applicant Tracking System and build candidate databases through social media, job boards, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews, scheduling candidate interviews as needed.
• Make hiring decisions for front line crew member roles.
• Coordinate and manage interviews for candidates and hiring managers efficiently.
• Provide weekly status updates to hiring managers and the Talent & People Operations leadership team.
• Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed.
• Participate in onboarding of new employees and support them through their first day.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a high volume recruitment/talent acquisition/HR role.
• Experience recruiting for front-line/field roles.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Strong background in interviewing skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
