Responsibilities include screening and interviewing applicants to confirm they meet the requirements of open roles and possess a thorough understanding of the associated duties and responsibilities. The specialist will also schedule interviews with qualified candidates and support both hiring managers and candidates throughout the application process. Timely and accurate documentation is essential, as all required data must be recorded in the applicant tracking system. The specialist will manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment, meeting aggressive hiring timelines while assisting with the administration of recruitment procedures, metrics, and tools to ensure an efficient and effective process. The role may also involve other duties as assigned, contributing to a positive experience for both hiring managers and candidates.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Three to five years of experience as a Recruiter.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while providing an exceptional experience for hiring managers and candidates.
  • Strong candidate generation skills.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and applicant tracking systems.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Prior experience working in a remote environment is preferred.
