About the position

This position is responsible for supporting the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and assisting in the onboarding process. The role involves utilizing various channels to identify potential candidates, building a pipeline of qualified candidates, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

  • Support the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to identify candidates.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications and skills.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team members.
  • Provide timely feedback to candidates to ensure a positive experience.
  • Prepare job offers and navigate offer discussions with candidates.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Ensure a smooth transition for new employees during onboarding.
  • Participate in other projects or duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Zero (0) plus years of experience or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of recruitment.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented approach to tasks.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to change.
