The Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS) is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for attracting, identifying, evaluating, and hiring high-skilled and diverse talent. This position requires a proactive approach to recruitment, partnering closely with Hiring Managers, candidates, and other stakeholders to ensure that hiring goals are clearly defined and effectively achieved. The TAS will employ a variety of recruitment strategies and platforms to attract top talent to the company, ensuring that we not only meet our hiring needs but also enhance our organizational culture through diverse hiring practices. In this role, the TAS will work collaboratively with hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of role requirements and how they align with broader business objectives. This understanding will guide the recruitment process, allowing the TAS to attract, source, and screen both active and passive candidates using innovative techniques such as job boards, social networking, and direct sourcing. The TAS will be expected to meet or exceed weekly recruiting metrics related to phone screens, interviews, and offers, demonstrating a commitment to efficiency and effectiveness in the hiring process. A key aspect of this role is the ability to identify and screen candidates not only for their fit for the role but also for their potential to contribute positively to the company culture. The TAS will provide recommendations for interviewing and hiring, ensuring that the selection process is both thorough and fair. Additionally, the TAS will proactively seek out diverse candidate pools and support the company's diversity efforts, applying a data-driven recruiting methodology to influence timely and effective hiring decisions while maintaining data integrity across all recruiting tools. The TAS will utilize internal reporting tools to track the recruiting funnel and sourcing activities, ensuring that all recruitment efforts are measurable and aligned with the company's strategic goals.
