About the position

The Talent Acquisition Specialist at Trinity Solar plays a vital role in identifying, attracting, and acquiring talented individuals for various positions within the company. This position requires exceptional communication skills, a proactive approach, and creativity to engage effectively with prospective candidates in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract and hire people, ranging from entry level to experienced
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and referrals, to identify potential candidates
  • Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
  • Coordinate and participate in career fairs, job fairs, and other recruitment events to promote our company and attract prospective talent
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline by establishing relationships with universities, trade schools, industry associations, and other relevant organizations
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, job requirements, and candidate preferences
  • Negotiate and extend job offers to selected candidates and manage the onboarding process
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information, interview feedback, and hiring metrics
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruitment techniques

Requirements

  • 3+ years of recruitment experience, with 1+ years in technical recruiting
  • Ability to execute a variety of recruitment strategies to attract and acquire top sales talent
  • Must have experience working in a high paced environment
  • Experience attending recruitment events (career fairs, veteran events, transitioning events, Department of Labor events, networking events, etc.)
  • Solid knowledge of MS Suite
  • Experience in the Solar industry is a plus, but not necessary
  • Ability to generate 'outside the box' recruitment approaches, while maintaining the strong Trinity Solar brand
