About the position

The Talent Acquisition Specialist at Apex Concierge Services Inc. is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs. Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Conduct cold calling to engage potential candidates and generate interest in job opportunities.
  • Utilize Salesforce and ATS systems for tracking applicants and managing the recruitment pipeline.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including HR sourcing techniques, social media, and networking events.
  • Evaluate employee qualifications through interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure alignment with job requirements.
  • Manage talent acquisition strategies that include campus recruitment initiatives to attract early career talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate records in iCIMS and other relevant systems for compliance and reporting purposes.
  • Assist in the onboarding process of new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred.
  • Strong relationship management skills with an ability to connect with diverse individuals.
  • Experience with cold calling techniques to source candidates effectively.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in using ATS systems for managing candidate applications (iCIMS experience is a plus).
  • Knowledge of HR sourcing methods and employee evaluation processes.
  • Understanding of talent management principles and practices.
  • Experience in campus recruitment is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with Paychex or similar payroll systems can be beneficial.
