About the position

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Eurofins, you will play a crucial role in managing the recruitment life cycle for scientific and technical positions across various divisions and business units. Your primary responsibility will be to screen, interview, assess, and recommend candidates based on Eurofins' core values, career aspirations, and technical capabilities for a wide range of openings nationwide. You will develop candidate pools by leveraging various internal and external databases, as well as social media sourcing tools, to attract top talent. Your proven background in using innovative research and sourcing methods will be essential in hiring for niche areas and 'hard to fill' roles. In this position, you will partner directly with Hiring Managers to understand their teams' hiring needs and team dynamics. As the search expert for functional areas, you will need to comprehend functional hiring needs, position specifications, and search requirements thoroughly. You will work closely with recruiting coordinators to ensure that candidates move through the interview process as smoothly and quickly as possible. Additionally, you will negotiate potential offers and successfully close candidates, while managing external vendor relationships and performing related project management functions regarding new site setups in client environments. Your role will also involve offering recommendations for process improvements to help our team move toward a best-in-class recruitment model. This position requires a proactive approach, strong organizational skills, and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances while maintaining a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment life cycle for scientific and technical positions for various Eurofins' divisions and business units.
  • Screen, interview, assess, and recommend candidates based on Eurofins' core values and career aspirations.
  • Develop candidate pools using internal and external databases and social media sourcing tools.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of full-life-cycle recruiting experience.
  • At least 1 year of hands-on sourcing experience.
  • Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating self-motivation and adaptability.
  • Ability to learn new techniques and perform multiple tasks simultaneously while keeping accurate records.
  • Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
