About the position

The Talent Acquisition Specialist role at Dexian is a contract position focused on recruitment coordination and administration. The specialist will play a critical role in hiring top industry talent, supporting all aspects of recruitment for assigned clients and locations. This position emphasizes the importance of effective communication and collaboration with various stakeholders, including hiring managers and candidates, while also managing logistics for employee orientations.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of recruitment coordination and administration for assigned clients/locations.
• Handle telephone and email liaison with Hiring Managers, Administrative Coordinators, Talent Acquisition Partners, candidates, and other external stakeholders.
• Manage logistics for employee orientations, both in-person and virtually.
• Deliver orientation sessions across US locations, primarily via Zoom.
• Act as the main point of contact for all recruitment-related activities in the Boston location.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• 5 years of related experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Experience in designing and delivering New Employee Orientation programs.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR Information Systems.
• Well-developed people skills and ability to engage with various stakeholders.
• Ability to multi-task and balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in onboarding within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience working in high-volume recruitment (minimum of 100 people).
• Familiarity with Workday as an HRIS.
• Certified Notary Public license.
