About the position

Marksman Security Corporation is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to source and screen candidates that align with the company's future goals. This role is critical during a period of significant growth and transformation, focusing on establishing hiring criteria, understanding recruiting needs, and efficiently filling positions. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker and team player, essential for attracting top talent across various operational markets.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing the company's hiring and talent needs to anticipate hiring.
• Using various channels to source candidates.
• Working with hiring managers to anticipate needs and fill positions.
• Managing the screening process, including resume screening and interviewing.
• Building relationships with applicants and past employees.
• Researching talent acquisition trends to improve the process.
• Representing the organization at job fairs and recruiting events.
• Other duties to be determined by management.

Requirements

• Two (2) plus years of recruiting experience in a high-volume recruiting setting.
• Demonstrated strategic and creative thinking, with strong influencing, collaboration, problem solving, mediation and decision-making skills.
• Ability to build relationships with all levels of employees.
• Experience working in a fast-paced regional and national footprint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong presentation skills.
• Advanced iCIMS experience, ADP Workforce Now experience preferred.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug).
