About the position

Transdev is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for implementing the recruiting strategy and building strong relationships for multiple locations in the Denver, CO region. This position will be remote with travel expected to locations as needed. The salary range for this position will be $55-65K. As part of a global company, Transdev operates in 19 countries and employs a team of 32,000 across 400 locations while maintaining more than 17,000 vehicles. The role requires the specialist to provide optimal levels of customer service, develop and maintain strong, effective working relationships with hiring managers, location staff, and leadership. The specialist will assist with the development and implementation of the overall attraction strategy for locations within a designated geographic area, establishing themselves as a talent advisor and strategic partner in the hiring process. Maximizing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for job board integration, position management, candidate metrics, and candidate movement is crucial, as is ensuring candidates are being screened in a timely manner. The specialist will also provide ATS training and ongoing system support to internal users, report weekly/monthly/quarterly analytics and KPIs to the manager for the specific geographic area, and attend regularly scheduled conference calls to provide recruitment strategy updates. Additionally, the specialist must ensure that recruiting and hiring practices comply with all equal employment opportunity (EEO) legislation, Affirmative Action, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and other government compliance requirements.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Recruiting/Human Resources Role
  • Knowledge and experience in using and teaching Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong attention to detail
  • High sense of urgency, with efficient time management skills
