About the position

The Talent Acquisition Specialist at iSuite will play a crucial role in managing the full recruiting cycle for various construction roles. This position requires a self-starter with 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, who can effectively collaborate with hiring managers and company leadership to identify and acquire top talent. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills and a strong commitment to fostering relationships with potential candidates and past applicants.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruiting cycle for critical roles and collaborate with Hiring Managers to identify and acquire strong talent.
  • Build and execute recruiting strategies in line with industry and market trends to target high priority needs.
  • Source potential candidates through online career portals, recruitment sites, social media platforms, in-person events, and external recruiters as needed.
  • Develop job descriptions, determine job qualifications and requirements, evaluate applications, and screen candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews, gather feedback on candidates, and assist with offer letter development and negotiation.
  • Serve as a company advocate and the main point of contact for all candidates.
  • Foster good relationships with potential candidates and past applicants.
  • Assist with developing and onboarding new employees to ensure they feel welcome and prepared.
  • Maintain records of all candidates and provide regular status updates to Hiring Managers, Company Leadership, and the HR Manager.
  • Recruit students through online job boards, career fairs, and referrals, and assist with managing the Summer Internship Program.
  • Design, implement, and update Human Resource programs and processes to achieve the organization's objectives.

Requirements

  • 1 - 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, and/or human resources is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Communication, or another related field.
  • Exceptional communication (both oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work within an environment with deadlines and manage multiple duties with attention to detail.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate a creative, efficient, and solution-based mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain confidential or sensitive information.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus.
  • Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
  • Experience with the LinkedIn Recruiter platform is a plus.
