About the position

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will support HR staff with various administrative tasks related to talent acquisition and human resources. This role involves collaborating with the North America Talent Acquisition team, engaging with hiring managers to ensure candidate alignment with departmental needs, and conducting candidate assessments through phone screenings and resume evaluations.

Responsibilities

  • Support HR staff with administrative Talent Acquisition (TA) and HR tasks, reporting, and interviewing.
  • Assist in expediting TA activities and collaborate with the North America Talent Acquisition team based in Phoenix.
  • Engage with hiring managers to ensure pipeline candidates align with qualifications and departmental needs.
  • Conduct assessments of candidates via phone screening and formal resume submissions from job postings.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED with six years of Talent Acquisition/Human Resources-related experience, or a Bachelor's degree with three years of related experience.
  • Knowledge of employment law principles as they apply to recruiting and hiring.
  • Experience supporting an Operations group in an HR function, including recruiting and TA activities.
  • Ability to manage and support thirty vacancies while engaging with multiple hiring managers and HR staff members.
