We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will partner with hiring managers to identify and define talent needs that drive company growth. You will be responsible for managing a high requisition load, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and contributing to continuous improvement and strategic recruiting initiatives. This position requires a proactive approach to sourcing qualified talent and maintaining compliance with legal requirements and company policies throughout the recruitment process. You will also be expected to maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure an exceptional candidate experience that positively reflects the Abundant Life Family Services brand.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to identify and define talent needs required to drive company growth.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and qualifications for our organization.
  • Drive continuous improvement and strategic recruiting initiatives by providing hiring managers with the necessary metrics.
  • Work closely with other members of the Talent Acquisition Team to learn various hiring processes and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
  • Source qualified talent through various channels including social media, job boards, LinkedIn, Indeed, networking, referrals, and other creative means.
  • Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience for everyone we interact with, positively reflecting the Abundant Life Family Services brand.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of full life cycle recruiting or similar experience, particularly recruiting for a non-exempt workforce.
  • Ability to work autonomously without direct supervision.
  • High sense of urgency and the ability to work under pressure, managing multiple competing priorities and a demanding workload.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interface with all levels of management, build and maintain internal and external relationships, and be an exemplary ambassador for the Abundant Life Family Services employer brand.
  • Bachelor's Degree required (Human Resources or related field).
