About the position

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a key member of the corporate Human Resources department responsible for managing the full lifecycle of recruitment. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, sourcing and screening candidates, and ensuring a smooth hiring process. The specialist will build strong relationships with stakeholders and provide strategic recruitment solutions to meet organizational goals, all while working in a hybrid setup.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-lifecycle recruiting of open requisitions within the assigned region.
  • Partner with hiring managers to provide guidance on candidate selection and recruiting best practices.
  • Conduct thorough intake meetings with hiring managers to understand requisition requirements.
  • Review resumes, screen candidates, and identify top talent for further consideration.
  • Actively source passive candidates through various channels to enhance candidate pipelines.
  • Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Gather feedback from hiring managers post-interview to assess candidate fit.
  • Manage the offer process, including preparing offer letters and negotiating terms.
  • Order background checks and monitor results until cleared for hire.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; College Degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience required.
  • Experience in conducting intake meetings, sourcing and screening candidates, and managing onboarding processes.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience providing strategic guidance to hiring managers on candidate selection.
  • Extensive experience in sourcing passive candidates through various channels.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software; Workday preferred.
  • Familiarity with various recruitment channels, including social media and job boards.
  • Experience conducting structured interviews and assessing qualifications.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
