Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Manage the applicant tracking system and maintain accurate records of the recruitment process.
  • Promote ABARTA Coca-Cola's brand and values to potential candidates.
  • Assist in the development of recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
