About the position

The Talent Acquisition Specialist at Eklego Workforce Solutions is a part-time role focused on supporting the recruitment process for mission-minded Senior Health Care organizations. This entry-level position emphasizes providing an outstanding candidate experience and understanding the unique staffing needs of clients. The specialist will engage in various recruitment activities, ensuring data integrity and prioritizing customer experience throughout the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Provide an outstanding candidate experience at every touch point throughout the recruitment process.
• Understand each client's unique process, staffing, and recruitment needs.
• Complete phone screens, schedule interviews, confirm interviews, and conduct references and/or employment verifications.
• Assess applicants' relevant skill, will, and culture fit for partner organizations.
• Maintain data integrity in all programs, including Applicant Tracking System(s).
• Prioritize customer experience, including internal customers, clients, and candidates, while maintaining a high sense of urgency to accomplish goals and metrics.
• Demonstrate guiding principles while performing all assigned responsibilities.

Requirements

• Availability to work up to 20 hours/week.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Associate or bachelor's degree; or currently pursuing secondary education.
• Minimum 1-year of high-volume customer service experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook) and able to learn new software as needed.
• Effective and polished interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment.
• Desire to contribute collaboratively with the team.
• Flexibility to adapt to shifting demands and priorities.
