About the position

MobilityWorks® is seeking an outgoing and energetic Talent Acquisition Specialist to guide candidates through the interviewing process, ensuring a seamless experience. This role involves close collaboration with hiring managers to deliver outstanding talent while maintaining a supportive and balanced work environment.

Responsibilities

• Owning the sourcing process from search to candidate qualifications.
• Building strong relationships with internal candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintaining accurate records in the ATS and ensuring high data integrity.
• Proactively identifying and driving opportunities for improvements in the sourcing process.
• Educating and influencing the business on best practices for candidate discovery.

Requirements

• 4+ years of sourcing experience within a rapidly growing organization.
• Demonstrable history of developing and using creative sourcing strategies.
• Strong market knowledge of the competitive landscape for talent across Europe.
• Ability to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events, and sourcing campaigns.
• Successful track record of achieving targets, whether those be deadlines, recruiting goals, or both.
