About the position

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a pivotal role in the recruitment lifecycle, focusing on strategic research initiatives, managing recruitment data, and facilitating candidate engagement processes. This position requires a proactive approach to sourcing candidates and maintaining a high level of organization and communication throughout the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

• Conducting in-depth market research to identify talent pools.
• Spearheading candidate sourcing strategies and job postings.
• Managing high recruiting volumes of 25-30 requisitions at a time.
• Using various methods to source candidates for a wide range of positions, both technical and non-technical.
• Thriving in a fast-paced environment while maintaining responsiveness and a sense of urgency.
• Maintaining and updating the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and EEO compliance reports.
• Handling confidential information with discretion.
• Building rapport and maintaining professional relationships with external organizations and academic institutions.
• Coordinating and scheduling technical assessments and in-person interviews.
• Collaborating on the development and refinement of job descriptions.
• Generating analytical recruitment reports.
• Recruiting and maintaining the Summer Internship Program.
• Proficiently using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree complemented by a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in recruitment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to generate analytical recruitment reports.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Familiarity with EEO compliance reporting.
