About the position

The Talent Acquisition Specialist at Grace Healthcare Services is responsible for full-cycle recruitment, focusing on developing effective sourcing strategies to attract and onboard talent. This role involves creative tactics to successfully fill job openings and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for future needs.

Responsibilities

  • Attract applicants by placing job advertisements via online platforms, internal job postings, career fairs, and other effective venues.
  • Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.
  • Track turnaround time between open and close of positions.
  • Determine applicant qualifications by prescreening and/or interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
  • Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with hiring managers.
  • Arrange management interviews and coordinate schedules.
  • Adhere to current legal guidelines for conducting interviews.
  • Attend and schedule community job fairs as needed.
  • Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
  • Maintain regular contact with possible future candidates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Associate's Degree or at least 2 years experience preferably in healthcare recruiting.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite and various social media platforms.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Excellent level of professionalism in person and over the telephone.
