About the position

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting recruitment efforts? We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to provide critical administrative support to our national talent acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing background screenings, posting job requisitions, managing recruitment data, and assisting with various talent acquisition activities. You'll play a key part in ensuring a seamless candidate experience by coordinating travel and supporting onsite recruitment events. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, your responsibilities will include proofing and posting job requisitions on internal and external platforms, processing background screenings in line with company policies, and managing recruitment data in our HR system (HRIS). You will also arrange travel for candidates and assist with scheduling and administering tests. Additionally, you will coordinate logistics for recruitment events, job fairs, and other talent acquisition activities, support communication efforts through email and social media, and track and report on talent acquisition expenses, including job postings, travel, and event costs. You will partner with Talent Acquisition Advisors to develop effective job posting strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Proof and post job requisitions on internal and external platforms
  • Process background screenings in line with company policies
  • Manage recruitment data in our HR system (HRIS)
  • Arrange travel for candidates and assist with scheduling and administering tests

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management, communications, psychology, sociology, or related field
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and solid proofreading skills
  • Computer proficiency in MS office and Outlook
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Customer service-oriented approach to work
  • Ability to work at assigned office location
  • Regular attendance and a regular work schedule are essential functions of this job

Nice-to-haves

  • Prior administrative experience, preferably in human resources
  • Experience with Yardi software
