About the position

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for the design and delivery of comprehensive talent recruitment activities within the Renewable Energy Offshore Wind sector. This role encompasses the entire recruitment process, from research and sourcing to interviewing and offering positions, while also managing the operational and administrative tasks associated with these activities. The specialist will leverage their knowledge of best practices and market differentiation to effectively attract and select talent at all levels.

Responsibilities

  • Research, source, evaluate, and select talent across various levels.
  • Manage sourcing and recruiting teams within a shared service center.
  • Lead talent recruitment efforts for specific business units.
  • Utilize analytical thinking to execute recruitment policies and strategies.
  • Act as a resource for less experienced colleagues and lead small projects.
  • Convey performance expectations and handle sensitive issues.
  • Modify procedures and practices to meet quality, volume, and timeliness standards.
  • Propose solutions to complex day-to-day problems using judgment and technical experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, systems, and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
  • Established project management skills with a process improvement mindset.
