About the position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to negotiating offers and onboarding new hires. This role requires a strong understanding of employment labor laws and human resources practices, as well as proficiency in various recruitment tools and platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
  • Negotiate employment offers and contracts with selected candidates.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities in systems such as Workday or Salesforce.
  • Ensure compliance with employment labor laws throughout the hiring process.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations issues as needed.
  • Assist in training development initiatives for new hires to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Requirements

  • 2 years of recruiting experience required.
  • Strong research skills to identify potential candidates effectively.
  • Knowledge of employment labor law and human resources principles.
  • Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for both the company and candidates.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly and professionally.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Kronos or similar timekeeping systems is a plus.
