About the position

The Talent Acquisition Specialist at KBI Biopharma is responsible for managing high-volume recruiting efforts across various functional areas and locations. This role involves collaborating with HR colleagues and hiring managers to source, screen, and hire candidates, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations while supporting multiple internal clients under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Drive full life cycle recruiting by partnering closely with Talent Acquisition Manager and Hiring Managers.
  • Leverage expertise to actively source candidates and develop networks to build a robust pipeline of candidates.
  • Review, analyze, and clarify job specifications and competencies required for staffing critical positions.
  • Post job openings on relevant job boards and assist with advertisement processes.
  • Screen applications and monitor the recruiting process to ensure sufficient progression of candidates.
  • Use ATS to monitor and track candidate progress for open requisitions and to disposition candidates.
  • Ensure compliance with all policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist Talent Acquisition Manager with developing and implementing processes and reporting.
  • Provide peer coaching and mentoring to other Talent Acquisition team members.
  • Work with other Human Resources personnel to ensure new hires complete necessary documents for successful onboarding.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • At least six years of human resources, talent acquisition, and interviewing experience for Talent Acquisition Specialist.
  • At least eight years of human resources, talent acquisition, and interviewing experience for Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of various recruiting techniques.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and work in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience with HRIS and ATS applications, preferably Workday.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience supporting biotechnology, pharmaceutical industry, science, engineering, and technical positions.
  • Full life cycle recruiting experience, particularly in Life Sciences.
