About the position

The Talent Acquisition Specialist at Element Solutions Inc. is responsible for managing the full life-cycle recruitment process across the Americas region. This role involves executing the Talent Acquisition strategy, collaborating with leadership and hiring managers, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. The specialist will develop search strategies, source and screen candidates, negotiate offers, and contribute to recruitment events, all while meeting established KPIs.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full cycle recruiting process across the region.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers and Human Resources to develop and maintain relationships that define and manage hiring expectations.
  • Create unique and robust search strategies to identify and deliver the right talent for the right roles at the right time.
  • Source, screen, and manage candidates through the interview process, providing an efficient and high-touch experience.
  • Offer alternative sourcing strategies and educate key stakeholders on market dynamics.
  • Negotiate complex offers for selected finalists by leveraging experience in competing for top technical talent.
  • Partner with Center of Expertise (CoE) teams to strategize, design, and implement new tools and processes.
  • Help troubleshoot and triage recruitment processes workflow issues.
  • Contribute to the management of recruiting events and job fairs/conventions as needed.
  • Handle special projects as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience within corporate Human Resources and/or search firm recruiting experience.
  • 1+ years of highly productive and progressive corporate and/or search firm recruiting experience with a focus on corporate functions.
  • Familiarity with Chemicals industry, job titles, and industry talent preferred.
  • Strong follow-up skills, with attention to detail.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to understand and adapt to rapidly changing priorities.
