About the position

The Talent Acquisition Specialist at AbleLight is responsible for driving the recruitment process in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role focuses on enhancing the company's image as an employer of choice by developing effective recruiting strategies, utilizing innovative sourcing techniques, and implementing best practices to attract diverse talent. The specialist will also analyze staffing metrics and work closely with hiring leaders to ensure successful recruitment outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring leaders to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Act as a Talent Acquisition subject matter expert to influence hiring decisions.
  • Manage the full life-cycle recruitment process from intake to offer acceptance.
  • Develop recruitment tactics using cutting-edge sourcing techniques.
  • Build networks to find qualified passive candidates through industry contacts.
  • Research and execute new sources for candidate recruiting.
  • Pre-screen and interview candidates to assess skills and fit.
  • Provide updates to hiring managers on pipeline development and hiring initiatives.
  • Drive an exceptional candidate experience throughout the selection process.
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality during the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with hiring leaders and HR partners on job offers.
  • Manage recruitment dashboard to measure effectiveness of tactics.
  • Assist TA team members and support process improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related area or equivalent education.
  • 2-3 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience with success in high volume roles.
  • Experience using resume databases, internet search tools, and social networking for talent acquisition.
  • Consultative approach to partnering with hiring leaders and HR partners.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and meet multiple deadlines.
  • Strong focus on customer service, accountability, and teamwork.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and procedures.
  • Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System.
