Responsibilities

  • Responsible for full lifecycle recruiting; recruit, screen and recommend placement of staff using creative sourcing methods (internal and external).
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR team to develop effective marketplace recruitment strategies to attract diverse and high caliber candidates.
  • Interview, test, and refer applicants for a wide variety of positions throughout Grow Financial.
  • Provide guidance on the selection of the best candidate and the extension of the offer.
  • Learn all operational functions in the organization and gain familiarity regarding personnel policies and procedures.
  • Follow federal and state laws regarding employment practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts/Science degree from an accredited university is required.
  • At least 2 years' experience in full life-cycle recruiting in a high volume environment required.
  • PHR/SHRM-CP certification preferred.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build productive relationships and networks.
  • Strong working knowledge of current federal/state regulations related to employment (i.e. EEOC, ADA, etc.).
  • HRIS experience preferred.

Nice-to-haves

  • PHR/SHRM-CP certification preferred.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) a plus.
  • HRIS experience preferred.
