About the position

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a crucial role in enhancing the recruitment process for the agency. This position involves managing all aspects of recruitment, from sourcing and attracting top talent to extending job offers across various departments. The specialist will collaborate with HR and hiring managers to align recruitment strategies and ensure the right fit for each position.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR and hiring managers to align on recruitment goals and strategies.
• Design and implement effective recruitment plans, including job posting optimization and marketing channels.
• Source top talent for various roles through creative methods like social media and job boards.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including application review and coordinating interviews.
• Lead recruitment initiatives, manage budgets, and develop marketing materials to attract candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent for future roles.
• Keep job descriptions and postings up to date, ensuring timely execution.
• Complete and distribute high-quality weekly and monthly staffing reports to track recruitment success.
• Maintain a database of candidate records for future roles.
• Coordinate participation in job fairs and represent the agency in presentations.
• Develop and maintain contacts with schools, alumni groups, and outreach organizations to support recruiting efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 3-5 years of relevant recruiting experience.
• Healthcare recruiting experience preferred.
• Strong proficiency with internet-based recruiting resources.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
