About the position

The Talent Acquisition Specialist at MAT Holdings, Inc. plays a crucial role in driving recruitment strategies and promoting the company brand. This position involves managing the full cycle of recruiting activities, building strong relationships across the organization, and developing a diverse talent pipeline to meet business objectives. The specialist will work closely with hiring managers and candidates to ensure an exceptional candidate experience and support informed talent decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a requisition workload of 15-25 exempt and non-exempt level positions, from approval to onboarding.
  • Actively source passive talent and engage highly qualified candidates through various channels.
  • Serve as a talent ambassador from initial contact through onboarding to enhance the candidate experience.
  • Interview and present candidates professionally, aiding hiring managers in talent decisions.
  • Utilize SmartRecruiters Applicant Tracking System to engage candidates and track recruiting progress.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and enthusiasm in problem-solving and overcoming barriers.
  • Negotiate offers that satisfy both candidates and internal requirements while keeping managers informed.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and leadership to understand business functions and priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 3 years of full cycle recruiting experience in a complex, fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated history of developing robust pipelines of active and passive talent from various sources.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with senior-level management and collaborate with coworkers.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with SmartRecruiters Applicant Tracking System.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
