Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough candidate searches using various online platforms, databases, and networking channels.
  • Assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and experience to ensure alignment with specific job openings.
  • Cultivate and maintain a strong network of industry professionals and contacts to facilitate candidate sourcing.
  • Screen and interview candidates to evaluate their suitability for specific roles.
  • Present qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interview schedules.
  • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and formulate comprehensive recruitment strategies.
  • Skillfully negotiate and finalize job offers, ensuring mutual benefit for both parties.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and developments to remain abreast of market dynamics and evolving recruitment practices.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in roles such as a talent acquisition specialist or recruitment consultant.
  • Proficiency in sourcing techniques, including online databases, social media platforms, and professional networks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to assess candidates' qualifications and align them with suitable job opportunities.
  • Results-driven mindset, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software is a plus.
