About the position

Stefanini Group is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist for their Round Rock, TX or Hopkinton, MA locations, offering a hybrid work schedule. This role is crucial as it encompasses the entire recruiting cycle, starting from the moment a requisition is received until the candidate is successfully onboarded. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for developing recruitment strategies utilizing various sourcing techniques, qualifying and interviewing candidates, and extending job offers. A key aspect of this position is to ensure a high-quality experience for both candidates and customers throughout the staffing process, while also adhering to applicable governmental regulations. As a subject matter expert in Talent Acquisition, the Specialist will collaborate closely with hiring managers to create effective selection processes, employing creative and innovative techniques and tools. The role emphasizes maintaining exceptional candidate experiences, ensuring continuous interaction with candidates from the application stage through to their joining the organization. The Specialist will also lead and finalize all onboarding formalities for new hires. Utilizing the Workday Applicant Tracking System is essential throughout the talent acquisition process, and the Specialist will be expected to develop networks and processes that support a robust pipeline of qualified candidates. Building and managing strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and candidates is a critical component of this role, which requires a consultative mindset, process orientation, and a solid understanding of the technology industry. The position demands outstanding verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to independently manage key relationships to achieve desired results.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the entire recruiting cycle from requisition to onboarding.
  • Develop recruitment strategies using various sourcing techniques.
  • Qualify and interview candidates and confer job offers.
  • Ensure adherence to applicable governmental regulations.
  • Promote the company image to candidates and external service providers.
  • Work with hiring managers to develop strong selection processes.
  • Ensure exceptional candidate experience with continued interaction.
  • Lead and close all formalities related to onboarding of candidates.
  • Utilize Workday Applicant Tracking System throughout the talent acquisition process.
  • Develop networks of people and processes to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Manage strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

Requirements

  • Typically requires 5+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3+ years with a Master's degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience in various disciplines, with prior technical recruiting experience preferred.
  • 5+ years of strong ATS experience, preferably with Workday and/or Avature.
  • Consultative mindset and process orientation.
  • Knowledge of the technology industry.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to independently manage key relationships to achieve results.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of client's hiring process.
  • Excellent presentation skills and experience with MS Office tools (Excel, Powerpoint, etc).
