About the position

The Talent Acquisition Specialist at HSAGP Energy LLC is responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process, which includes sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various roles within the organization. This position plays a crucial role in attracting top talent and ensuring that candidates align with the company's requirements and culture, particularly in the context of the company's significant investment in electric vehicle battery production.

Responsibilities

  • Establishing Recruitment Plan and reporting on quarterly and annual hiring plans.
  • Collaborating with the HR manager to set qualification criteria for future employees.
  • Searching and sourcing candidates while tracking hiring metrics including time-to-hire and time-to-fill.
  • Creating and publishing job ads across various portals.
  • Networking with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events.
  • Hosting and participating in job fairs.
  • Maintaining a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
  • Working with hiring agencies and monitoring their performance and costs.
  • Screening resumes and job applications.
  • Conducting initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates.
  • Interviewing candidates in person for a wide range of roles.
  • Performing other tasks as necessary to meet the organization's objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3 years or more of experience in Talent acquisition, Headhunting, Hiring, Staffing
  • Expertise in searching for talented individuals using various mechanisms
  • Working level of English (verbal, written, etc.)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office

Nice-to-haves

  • Ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, etc.)
  • Experience using hiring process management systems
  • Understanding of employment laws
  • Proven skills in social media channels like LinkedIn
  • Ability to solve difficult problems related to recruitment
